Once again, I have a new version of the AB Ethernet Utils available for
downloading.

Changed in this version: Added support for reading/writing the floating point registers, Added (experimental) Pyramid Integrator addressing support, Updated the Ethernet header to be inline with AB's defination.

Feel free to download this and beat up on it.
