Need to know if there is a control software package for the old Numa Logic 700 series that is better than the original Westinghouse software.

I would like something that displays the bit comments, similiar to AB SLC500. I realize this may be just a dream but the company will not update the PLCs at this time.

This is not just a dream, but an extremely unlikely dream.
Westinghouse Numa-Logic laid off the engineering staff back in 1985. That was the last time that anything signficant was done to the product line other than a few minor updates. State-of-the-art in 1985, but a bit outdated today.
