Numa-logic PLC timer pre-set

Does anyone know the time base of timer pre-sets in a Westinghouse
Numa-Logic PC700 PLC? Is it sec, msec or what?
I am replacing a Nuna-Logic with ControlLogix and am just working off a
ladder printout without comments and a functional description. No
manual.
