Object Libraries in WinCC Flexible 2005

I have a .lib object library file for a OP270 Siemens HMI. I wish to import this library for use in WinCC flexible on a TP177 HMI. WinCC flexible appears to expect a .wlf format library. Any ideas how this importing can be achieved? Thanks for reading.

I've since found the answer. It appears WinCC flex. cannot import ProTool libraries. Further, no utility exists to convert/adapt .lib format libraries into .wlf.
