Hi to all

During the start up of SGT300 Gas Turbine, a oil leakage was observed on the exhaust diffuser( bottom casing). after unit shutdown a boroscope inspection was carried out for the primary and secondary breather....where we found a heavy amount of oil stored inside..I want to know...is this issue related to oil mist eliminator or Sealing Air system ?

How about vacuum value is that correct for proper operation?

You will need to trace/track the path of this oil leakeage ...

Make sure the Oil mist eliminator / vapor exctrator system working properly ...

About seal oil without to be able to see P&ID s of the unit that would be difficult to add on more ..notes....

i have checked oil mist eliminator,sealing Air piping and found that the source of this oil is from Bearing 2....after 2 Nd start up some oil dropping through CT BEARING BREATHER
