OMRON C200H problem with ASCII unit

I'm using PLC C200H with ASCII unit C200H-ASC02. Can you show me how to copy program from programed ASCII unit to a new one?

I've used computer with Hyper Terminal software (Windows 98) to conect to ASCII unit, it can display the infomation but i can not type the command to save program to the computer.
