I was erase all data in the terminal nt20m and i see now on screen "NO DIRECT INFORMATION IS SET". Can anybody help to communicate with it with the "SUPPORT TOOL PROGRAM". Ex: setting dip switch etc.

 

you need to specify two special areas, named "PT control area" and "PT notify area". Using the NT Support Tool Dos version here the steps:
1- create a new program file (if this is your case);
2-press the F10 key (Next)
3-press the F2 key (Direct)
the first two parameter in the dialog window are the ones you need to specify. Save and transfer to the terminal
