If the PG is online with any processor and power is interupted or S5 is closed and online is saved as default then the Processor will no longer allow any new online connections until power to the rack has been cycled. We are communicating to the processors over a CP1430 thru the backplane. We have multiple PG's on the H1 and all will have this error with all 948's in the rack. They will work with any other rack. It is like the 1430 is holding on to this connection and will not allow any new. Plz help.
