we are in on the look out for a non contact type online temperature sensor. This we want to use to detect the temperature of the material fed through our conveyers. The temperature range will be between 20 to 300 degree max.

Anybody using or having any know how please contact.

 

Try using an single colour optical pyrometer. I have used ircon and raytek before and both are good products.

What is the speed? How is it heated? What is the ambient temperature? These are some of the factors to be looked into.
