opc server programming in vs2005

how can I avoid the error message that appears in the methode "queryAvailableproperties" about "int16" . More precisely says (Unable to cast object of type 'System.Int16[*]' to type 'VBA.VbVarType[]'.) . Is that normal, because in msaccess 2005 with VBA 6 that error don´t appear.

I'm working with visual basic 2005 and the opc server is the automated solutions 2.7.
