Is it possible to connect Panel View 550
2711-KA1 using Rs 232 printer port to a slc 5/03
processor.

This terminal allows you to use the printer port to upload/download applications but is it possible to run the application through this com port.

The terminal also has a RIO port That I dont want to use as I have no scanner card in the plc.

Sorry Justin, but you will need to use a 2711-K5A16 with RS232 DF1 communications instead of the 2711-K5A1 RIO unit.
