Panelbuilder 32 Alarm

I can get an alarm to pop up when I press a button to open the doors on a blender asking "are you sure?" This button causes an output on my micrologix 1200. I need to stop the output on the plc until the alarm is acknowledged or it doesn't help. How do I trigger the output by pressing the ack button? Please help.
