Need help! I need to load a program from my pc to a Panelview 1000. I'm using DF1 to download. The error I receive tells me that I need to disable the printer port on the Panelview. When I go to the configure screen of the Panelview, I cannot diable the printer port. What am I doing wrong?

 

I'm not sure which PV1000 you own, but it looks like all of them that have a printer port also have a communcation port. Make sure your unit has a DF1 port (if you are using a serial cable) in addition to the printer port.

Check the part# on the PV1000 to see what comms are available.
