Efficiency calculations are easily performed in a workbook. That is why I suggest you look at XLReporter (www.Sytech.com) that has many built-in industry specific calculations. However, if your need is specialized, you can implement your calculations in a workbook template and have XLReporter gather the data and apply the calculation, automatically.

For $1295, this is light weight software that is heavy duty.
