Passing a BOOL to a subroutine in RSLogix 5000

I'm using RSLogix 5000 v8.02. (I know it's old but that's what my customer owns and they don't want to upgrade.) In 8.02 you can only pass SINT, INT, DINT, or REAL as an input parameter to a subroutine. I believe that newer version of Logix 5000 allow you to pass a BOOL. Can anyone tell me which version of Logix 5000 added this functionality? Thanks!
