Do you know an HMI PC based for Modicon 984 PLC with MODBUS plus protocol?

Please use SCADA.

It is exactly designed for that application.

I would suggest Wonderware from Schneider (Formerly Invensys)

The Schneider Electric Magelis products support compatible USB/Modbus Plus adapter cards.

Search accessories XBTZGUMP and TSXCUSBMBP.
