We are trying to communicate with Versamax IC200UAL006-BA PLC communication using Dial-up Modem (D-Link make DFM560ES).

We have been able to establish connection between our OPC Server (KEPSERVER) software & modem on the PLC side successfully but the PLC just doesn't respond.

We have used the following command for modem
at&f&w0
at&y0
at&d0&w0
ats0=1&w0
at&c0&w0
at&k0&w0
at%e0&w0
at\n1&w0
at%c0&w0
ats37=11&w0

The settings on the PLC are
Baud Rate 9600,Stop Bits 1, Parity None, Flow Control None, Modem Turnaround 1.

We tried communicating with PLC port directly (without modem) and the communication link works fine. With the Modems the connection between modem - modem is established but we do not get any response from the PLC.

Kindly advise.

Best Regards

P.S> Can anyone send us the cable configuration diagram for PLC -> Modem so that we can check using the same. The modem has a 9 Pin Female COM Port.
