PCMK in WIN98

My old HP laptop, Pavilion N3210, runs WIN98SE. I also have AllenBradley 6200 software. My problem is that WIN98 sets the memory address for the pcmk/b card too high for 6200 to see it. When I open pcmkinfo on the Control Panel and check the address it is some where around F80000. The 6200 software says the address is out of range and trying to manually set the address via the Device Manager isn't permited. Any suggestions?
