PCS7 WinCC - No connection to data server

Hi,
We are using Siemens PCS7 where in the configuration has an ES/OS & OS Server. In both ES/OS & OS Server, during run mode WinCC is displaying " No Connection to data server". I tried to reset the data base, but still the same is happening. Need some help plz.
