Perimeter Calculation of a Petroleum Tank

i want to get the design equation or formula to calculate the perimeter, area or volume for the petroleum tank which is neither circular nor rectangular. but have dimensions.

Length = 4723 mm
thickness = 4.5 mm
Radius of side bend = 2047.5
Radius of upper bend = 3097.5
fillet radius = 400 mm
 
You need a proper set of drawings for any vessel with arbitrary shape.

It is not unusual to resort to finite element calculations for unusual cases.
 
There are formulas for all the common shapes, post a simple sketch.
