Philips RSM 010

Hi friends;

I join the company recently. Here a Philips hardware installed for reading the frequency and give the output of 0 to 10 volt. Here are the specification

Now i want to increase the frequency range. ON the card a lot of Jumper but i have no data which jumper i change to increase the frequency range.

Please help me to search the this particular Philips product it is installed in 1986.
