We have a similar problem to resolve. In our situation we have to communicate a PLC with the RFC to read data and write. Today we haven´t got done any application but we have two forms to do this communication: Using a Driver Development Kit to program the application in ANSI C or using OPC server from Phoenix Contact and doing the OPC client for our aplication.
