Hi all,
I am doing my thesis where I have to do the following steps:-
1)Develop a PID Controller to the control the speed of Bell as the inbuilt controller has a lot of functionality which increase the cycle time this part I can do.
Note: I Have provided a link at the last to get a basic understanding of the process
2) Identification of the attached bell type (already done)
3)Adaptation of the process parameters (air pressure and speed of the bell )the air pressure is rotating the turbine inside the bell and hence controlling the air pressure means controlling the speed of the bell.
The max and min speed of each bell is different so at same pressure there will be different speeds,and it also differs with some other constraints like wearing of the bearing , paint density etc
Is there a way I Can control the speed of the air turbine(bell) if I have the following specification like max speed , min speed of each bell , the voltages (control).
The thing is I want the response of PID controller should be fast and stable also:
