I have an application in which a Pr.pump (p1) is used to pump a mixture in to a vessel and from this vessel this mixture is filtered and the final product (Product flow) is sent thru one pipe and the waste (Reject flow) is sent thru another pipe.
I want to maintain Product flow+Reject flow to 7m3/h. A VFD is used to control a motor which in turn controls Pump P1. i.e. VFD is controlled by flow (product+reject, 7m3/h).
All are 4-20 mA signals...
How can I realise this logic? Do I need to go for PID control? If so, how? Or can I use comparators?
Please help me to do this program. Thanking you in advance...
