I need a pitot tube work on this conditions:
d=500 mm
q=10000 Nm3/h
t=600 C
P=150 mbar

1-Are these parameters enough to specify a pitot tube.
2-manufacturer?

This info is enough for a rough estimate.

If I assume the process media to be air, then you will get approx. 70 to 80 mmH2O at 10 000Nm3/h, it's low but will be ok.

But the material will be a problem, it must be made of a special material, due to high process temperature.
Please contact your local Emerson/Rosemount office they will help you find a special Annubar APT for this application.

You may want to check Rosemount/Emerson ( http://www.rosemount.com/products/flow/m485ann.html ) and Veris ( http://www.veris-inc.com/ ) in your area.

Fluid properties will be required. Usually a range of flows to be measured (min, normal, max) helps get sizing right. Variations in pressure(s) and/or tempertures are also helpful (if there are any). Pipe size, schedule, and material are needed. Upsteam and downstream straight run distances are needed ( http://www.omega.com/literature/transactions/volume4/T9904-07-DIFF.html ).

Based on your temperature, you should review the material(s) of the vendor suggestions yourself very carefully. Your plant's metallurgist (if available) should also be consulted.
