PLC and Weight Scale Communication

I want to connect Weight Scale with Fatek Plc using RS232. I am using CLink Command in Winproladder in Mode 2, but data is not transmitting, and it is not showing any error. I have checked PLC and weight Scale separately. They both are working correctly, but i don't know why they are not interfacing with each other.

Can Some one help me?
