I have plc Fuji NJ serie, and sometimes it's puts into Fault state, the error red led in CPU panel blinks,and the plc stop.

I have run with the SX Programmer Software, the online diagnostic function, and in the error history list, its say:

Errors:
Code date degree Description
45 19-04-2014 Fatal IO configuration mismatch.

I would like know if anyone know what this error means, and how could i do to fix this problem.
I need solve this problem urgently because each time it happens, stop the whole production line.
