I have a PLC modicon Compact with an ADU-211 module, but this module is blocked many times.

And the Proworx Nxt software shows the message "Module Unhealthy" only. So I should reset the module.

What do I do to fix the promblem completly?

This module requires external 24 VDC to the card connect for proper operation. It does not get all its voltage from the backplane.

Also, the 24 VDC must be present to the module before the PLC CPU is powered up. If both are powered up at the same time, the PLC CPU may not properly "see" the module.

The ADU 212 module does not have this issue.
