PLC-SCADA server problem

Modicon and Siemens PLC's connected with citech scada server used is Microsoft windows 2003.

I have two servers for same data in that one server is disconnected from PC it showing red light indication in the server.

i'm not familiar with this networking
How to find out the problem and solution?
