Hello to all friends in list.

I had to change my mother board and processor, now my machine runs with a AMD Duron 800MHz processor on a Chaintech 7AIA motherboard...
Surprise! The Siemens STEP5 v7.14 doesn't go online anymore! This happens either under Windows98 and DOS. On the same PC I ran an old Step5 v3.2 package which connected with the PLC
with no problems, so the system has no hardware problems.

Anybody got same or similar behaviors? Any hint?

Hello Friends who are the readers of this doc!!!

I have worked on PC based automation. I prepare the ocx of the koyo, siemens S5 plc which can work on as511 protocol. Step 5 will work on window 3.1 not on win 98 or NT because it can not work on different type of system due to file system problem. If would u like to get more info pl. contact me.
