Does any one knows a Robust PLC (Redundancy plus speed, for offshore applications) that supports truly report By Exception Communications.

Redundant Schneider Electric Modicon Quantum PLCs with Unity Pro software will provide excellent and reliable Hot Standby Redundancy with report by exception. Exception instances can be sent via Ethernet as email (including time and value information) or simply as information (data registers) to another device (such as an HMI or DCS).
