I just need some guidance to design a PLCC linking over the 25 KV railway Traction Line. Is this ideaa feasible as the traction line would be used as the carrier cable to transport vital data from the electric locomotive to certain points over a distance of 10-20 kms. What could be the problems faced in designing such a system? It should be kept in mind that the pantograph or the 25 KV connector to the traction line is a bouncing contact which may create a problem from the communication point of view. Could somebody give me some guidance?
