I am looking for a portable flue gas analyzer (O2, CO and NOx) to do some boiler calibration. Anyone out there using one that they like? What should I be looking for or should I make sure I have.

We are currently using a bacharach gas analyzer. It is simple and straightforward to use. It has a moisture trap built inline (make sure when using it, that it is in the correct position or you will fill the O2 sensor and CO sensor with water). It has removable sensors that is somewhat finiky to get at but overall seems to be an efficient system. I'm sure there are better models out there, but I'm very happy with this one. Have a nice day!
