Power station frequency control

I'm an instrument tech at power plant running six frame V turbines. We are not connected to any other grid. Currently all GTs run in droop and we have a station frequency controller that gives raise/lower speed setpoint change commands to all turbines. The unit we are using for this needs replacing (Honeywell UDC 5000) and I would like to hear opinions on a replacement.
