Hi,

I am using Powerflex 700 ac drives in Allen Bradley Controllogix PLC in Controlnet network. Help me to access the load current data from the drive, which I want to use in the PLC ladder to interlock the motor operation.

 

Go into the PowerFlex drive I/O configuration and enable at least one DataLink (DataLink A).

Then go into the drive and enter the parameter number you want to monitor (Output Current) into the configuration parameter for DataLink Out A1.

The data will be automatically transferred from the drive into the auto-created Controller-scope tags for the PowerFlex drive in RSLogix 500 every I/O scan.
