I would purchase gauges with diaphragm seals. The seal isolates the pressure path in the gauge with a sealed chamber of a silicone or mineral oil so that no contaminants from the liquid every touch the gauge.

you can have remote seal diaphragm of material like Monal, Tentelam and nickel (for corrosive service). these sensors are easily available for Rosemount Make with transmitter.
