present situation-diff transducer (+) leg is connected to furnace pressure & (-) leg opn to atmostphere.

What will Happen if i will calibrate my transducer (RANGE>>-2mbar to +2mbar) in negative leg only by suction & press of -2mbar & +2mbar AND connect negative leg to measurement line & Positive leg open to atmostphere. Will it work? kindly read well to understand topic & suggest me.

 

Why not?, If I understand you, you want to calibrate it for gauge pressure and use it for gauge pressure. Or even if I don't understand you, diff P is diff P. You do have to understand the gauge pressure part. You are referenced to ambient pressure.
