Is it possible to have a control panel with ingress protection IP65 and also presssurized type for hazardous area?
Please advise us.

In general, without knowing more about your application, yes. In fact, minimum enclosure rating is IP4X.

Attention must be paid to spark and particle barriers and to where the purge will be obtained and vented. I would have the vent provided by the enclosure mfr and make sure it is covered under his IP test cert. Static purge with inert gas may be an option.

Since you reference IEC (rather than NEMA) enclosure rating, I presume your AHJ rules are European.

Therefore, I suggest you attempt to locate and read IEC 60079-2: ELECTRICAL APPARATUS FOR EXPLOSIVE GAS ATMOSPHERES - PART 2, PRESSURIZED
ENCLOSURES "P". For USA rules see NFPA 496: STANDARD FOR PURGED AND PRESSURIZED ENCLOSURES FOR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT.
