i'm trying to download a program to a PLC quantum but concept 2.6 sends a pop-up message if the error OLN-807, so i looked it up and said that it's a error the the controller type.
the problem is that the configuration in the concept its the correct with the hardware of the plc..

idk if i made myself understand..

There are 2 possibilities...

Do you have the correct executive firmware (operating system) in the Controller? Should be at least V1.23 (type A) or V1.15 (non A type).

Is the controller Concept compatible? Was it flashed for Unity? Was it flashed for Concept IEC or 984LL?

Call support.

 

Concept gives you the option to download three files; IEC program, State RAM and Configuration.
Download the IEC program and State RAM only. then configure the PLC while connected and with the controller stopped.
Once the configuration is OK then Upload configuration to your PC.
