PROBLEM IN PREPARING NEW HARD DISK - FREELANCE 7.1 VERSION DCS

I HAVE FORMATTED MY NEW HARD DISK WITH WINDOWS 2000 LICENSE VERSION (FREELANCE 7.1 VERSION DCS). THEN I INSTALLED LICENSE KEY AND SOFTWARE REQUIRED FOR PREPARING OS2 HARD DISK. NOW WHEN I WAS LOADING IT FROM ENGINEERING STATION IN COMMISSIONING MODE, IT DOES NOT ALLOW TO LOAD AFTER COMPLETING 5% AND THE MESSAGE COMES "LOAD OPERATION OF OBJECT 512 FAILED DUE TO E_DMS_STATION_ABORT ERROR"

PLEASE SUGGEST ME SOLUTION.

Info from 3BDD012504R0401_Eng_Manual_IEC 61131-3_Programming.pdf:

E_DMS_STATION_ABORD
Cause: the connection between the system bus
and the station was interrupted during the loading
process.
Remedy: Repeat the loading process.

How much times did you try to load the project?
What were states of leds on CPU and Ethernet modules?

Just give more information
