Process Value in PLC Block AB PLS-5 40/E

The proces value in the PID changes some times then the processor's power is cycled. Some times the values that work are 4096 or 10,000.
The analog input is on Remote I/O and I do wait for the Remote anable bit to be set before I anable the PID Block. What do I need to make a perment correction?
