I have been looking for resources to get me started on this project, somehow it's pretty hard to describe in google-terms so now I'm here. =]
I have, let's say, 10 phones standing in stands. Now I would like to rig the stands/phones so that when a customer picks up a phone, a trigger is sent to a PC that starts an animation of that particular phone.
Would anybody know of such systems, ready made? I can figure out how to make something in prototype (using an old keyboard for instance) but i can't imagine that something like it is not already on the market.
What would one call such a sensor-setup... I'm all out of inspiration.
Any other advice would also be very welcome!
