In our plant, we are having Yokogawa DCS CS3000 and ALP111 for Profibus DP Communication. Slave is Telemechanique Tesys T LTM R Relay for Motor Control.
We received DCS System Alarm with Alarm Code CA91. From the Alarm Code, we understood it was due to Profibus Communication loss between the DCS and Slave Device.
Recently we received the same Alarm for more than 50 Slaves exactly at the same time, even though the slave are connected in different Segments and in different FCS. We are clueless what has happened.
Please share your experience, what could be the reason behind this communication loss?
