Hi everyone,
Using a Profibus DP-PA network with a Siemens S7 PLC, would it be necessary to stop the PLC to download a hardware change every time a new instrument is added to the existing network?
If not, would there be any other negative implications? If so, can the network installation be designed to bypass these ill effects?
