We're a small repair shop, fixing all PLC's. We just got a Reliance Electric Automate 20 45C20 PLC in for repair. I haven't seen this model before and don't know what software programs it. The reliance website takes me to Rockwell which has Automax, but not much info. Rockwell support just bounces me around. All I need is to dump in some basic ladder logic and see what's up. Is this a legacy issue, or is it still supported by someone somewhere? Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Reliance automates use APX software (DOS) or APS a windows base software.
