Is there any hardware which converts Profibus or MMS server to DH+ (without using online PC for protocol conversion)?

Yes you can use a Contrologix and install a Prosoft Profibus or SST module along with a DHRIO module the contrologix chassis acts as a Gateway to all protocol you want to convert

Have a look at SST products (http://www.mysst.com); They have a line of protocol converters (X-Link) that are robust, but expensive; you can also look into their Profibus Scanners for different Allen-Bradley CPUs. You could simply use the CPU as the protocol converter: for example, read in your data from the Profibus master (as a slave)and write them to the DH+ bus.

Isn't the Xlink box just a barely disguised PC of some sort? I think the OP seemed uninterested in such a solution.
