Hi all

Found some interesting items when configuring a new RH7.1 kernel.

There is support for Applicom protocol cards. (profibus and various others).
There is support for a Siemens r3964 protocol (serial).

Does anybody know, or want to find out, how we can use these?
We really should take advantage of gimme's

Regards

Which kernel does the RH7.1 distro use? And where are these features hidden?

Hi Harald

2.4.2 In "character devices" which makes sense for r3964. I'm not sure what they're doing for applicom which I thought would be a memory window interface. If I get some time I'll look.
