Proworx NxT: how to get a pulse output?

How to get a 0.5 sec on and 0.5 sec off pulse output using Proworx NxT? I'm new to this software. I'm so used to AB software and disappointed with Modicon.

</pre>
<p>Flash will high for 1/2 second and then low for 1/2 second.
