In this PLC we have among others an analog input card ACI-040-00. If power to the PLC goes off, this card counts go above the configured, i.e. instead of 0 - 4095, it reads 0 - 16000 which is not configured in the card. I have changed the analog card but still not a solution. Can anyone help?

Hi,

We never met this issue before. If the power goes off and next time came back with changed configuration of ACI, means that you have some other (wrongly configured by range of ACI 140 00) application saved in flash. Try to erase the flash of Your CPU, then downolad the newly well-configured (0-4095) application. don't start the CPU now. After save to flash this application, then finally Start the CPU. Now the power off and switch on again couldn't affect the configured value.

If still you have issue: contact your local Schneider support with informing them the firmware version of your CPU.
