Quantum 140ARI030010 RTD Input Reading Off 33 Deg F

I have an 140ARI03010 QUANTUM RTD INPUT CARD setup for :

0.1 deg increments
F deg
Value type = Temperature


channels are setup

enable
3 wire
Pt100, -200 ...850


The problem is that the entire card all 8 points are reading 33 deg lower than
the actual RTD temperature value in field.

example. 200 deg verified with dry block calibrator input to card with 100 ohm
platinum .00385 alpha, card reads 1675 counts or = 167.5 deg F.

Is there a known issue with this card ??
